DECO:RECO Introduction

If I was a building, then there was a time in my life when I had to be torn down. The foundation was still good and a new building now stands in place of the old one. The new building is far from perfect but some improvements have been made. I guess that's the best metaphor I could come up with to describe my life's journey and I'll be sure to talk about it more as I post different topics on this blog. 

I want to start a conversation. I want to talk about my ideas and stories and I want to hear your ideas and stories. I want this place to be a place of building up, not tearing down, unless we're tearing down barriers. I'm looking for peaceful conversation, friendly debate and constructive criticism. If you come here and bring hatred, narrow-mindedness and de-constructive criticism, then I will refuse to acknowledge you've said anything at all. 

I want people of all races, beliefs and cultures to feel welcome here. This is a safe place and I want to keep it that way. So with that being said, let the construction begin.
